Purchase Policy

● Instructions for overseas returns and exchanges:

1. Overseas only accept the "defective return" service, please purchase carefully before placing an order.

2. If you receive a defective product, please send the photo to the customer service staff within ten days. After it is judged to be non-artificially defective, you can apply for a refund.

3. Because overseas shipping is more cumbersome, no return or exchange service is accepted for overseas shipping. We will carefully check and pack before shipping, please rest assured to order.


● Note for overseas refusal:

If you refuse to receive the 9x9stationery package, you still have to bear the forward and reverse logistics freight and the import fee generated by the package. The above costs are deducted from the package cost and refunded.


● Overseas bulk order:

If the total purchase amount is more than 16,000 US dollars, please write to us first, thank you.
